CBT

Our mind can play tricks on us and influence our thoughts, emotions and actions. These
faulty beliefs are known as cognitive distortions. Cognitive behavioral therapy helps to
alleviate cognitive distortions in the wake of therapy.

Cognitive behavioral therapy is a psycho therapeutical intervention that covers a
broad spectrum of effective cognitive and behavioral techniques as well as coping strategies. It aims to restructure unhelpful thought patterns, attitudes and behaviors which helps to resolve a number of problematic issues.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy focuses on transforming spontaneous negative thoughts
that can contribute to and worsen emotional distress, depression, and anxiety. With effective use of CBT, these thoughts are identified, challenged, and replaced with meaningful, realistic thoughts.

NLP

Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) works on the prior principle. It is basically
composed of two components; one is neuro which is linked to the magical working of
neurochemicals and the second is linguistic which correlates language patterns to behavioral dispositions.
Both components of neuro-linguistic programming work in combination to rewire brain
functioning and utilizes therapeutical effects to raise the functional efficacy of the brain in a proficient manner. The Neuro-Linguistic Program (NLP) is a psychological process that involves analyzing strategies used by successful people and applying them to achieve personal goals. It associates thoughts, language, and behavioral patterns learned through experience with specific outcomes.

Eidetic Psychotherapy

Eidetic imagery is distinct from regular imagery in that it lies somewhere in between
the two; between imagination and a physiological afterimage. Eidetic involves solely the
maneuvering of images and is very effective in the treatment of psychological disorders. This allows great improvement in psychological conditions over a very short span of time.

Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a state of heightened awareness that makes the mind more
suggestable and allows them to make cognitive modifications that prove to be effective and helpful in the treatment of various psychological disorders. The hypnotic state, which is used in hypnotherapy, can alter perception and memory, significantly increase response to suggestion, and have the capacity to control many physiological activities that are often involuntary.

Marital Therapy

It takes effort and can occasionally be extremely challenging to maintain a marriage
that is healthy and joyful over time. When a couple in a strained union is able to acknowledge and resolve their issues, it is amazing. However, this process is rarely simple.
